Jenny is a sculptor who has worked in Bristol for over 20 years. She is an accomplished artist and sculpts mainly in clay, wax and papier maché. Some of her work is then cast into bronze.
Jenny's work covers many subjects some of which explore the effects of ageing and others that reflect memories of her childhood in post-war London. She has exhibited in Bristol and London to great acclaim.
Jenny also paints with watercolour, oils and acrylic media. Her colouring pencils were her proudest possession when she was a child and all those who know her work speak of the extraordinary artistic vision and perspective in even her rough drawings.
Like many of her generation Jenny received no formal education after leaving school. She is dyslexic but gifted with enormous natural talent for painting and manipulating media to create highly expressive sculptures.
